Returns Info

ABC Skateboarding offer a 28 day returns policy for an exchange, credit or refund.

If you require an exchange or a refund please email returns@abcskateboarding.co.uk to obtain a return authorisation number.

All returns are at your expense (unless deemed faulty, see below for faulty returns).

We will only refund orders when:

Clothing:

Items of clothing must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, smoke and hair free.

Footwear:

Shoes must not have been worn outside. If you are unsure of your size we suggest that you try your shoes on indoors and preferably on carpet. The box should be returned in its original condition without and labels or tape stuck directly to the box.

Skateboard Hardware:

Returns of skateboard equipment and hardware will only be accepted if they are in un-skated condition and in original packaging. Once a skateboard deck has been assembled and gripped it can not be returned or exchanged all decks must be returned in re-sellable condition.

Faulty Items:

if you think that you may have a faulty item because of a manufacturing fault, please contact us for a returns number and with a description of the issue. Once you have obtained a returns number then please send the faulty item back to us. We will then inspect the product and contact you. From time to time we may need to send some item back to the supplier/manufacturer for their opinion. If we need to do this we will inform you either via email or telephone. If we feel that your product is faulty we will issue a full refund including your return postage.

Skateboard Decks:

Any skateboard decks returned are dealt with by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s discretion. We do not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks. Most board snaps and cracks occur when one or both feet are positioned in the wrong spot when landing tricks and grabs. Unfortunately, if this happens ABC Skateboarding will not be able to replace your board.
