We want to introduce you to Lariatt, as well as some background on who they are, what their doing, and most importantly why their here.
Lariatt Skate Store is a newly established high street and online retailer of premium skateboards, hardware, footwear, apparel, protection and accessories.
New to 2016, They began operating from both their online store, and skate shop in St. Albans, Hertfordshire. They only supply the brands they are passionate about and that are in line with the core values of skateboarding, supporting creativity, giving back socially, and of course producing a high quality product. It’s their belief that skateboarding as an industry should be kept in the hands of skaters, and away from disconnected corporations.
It’s these brands which they want to offer to the skateboarding scene and also to tell their story.

Lariatt comes from humble beginnings. Established by two lifelong skateboarders, one of us with a background in the distribution of leading skate brands, the other a background in I.T, it made perfect sense for them to use their experience and join forces to create something thy are both proud of and hyped on.
Initially, Lariatt was to be an online only skateboard focused store – the idea of an actual bricks and mortar high street shop was nothing more than a hope for sometime in the future. That changed pretty quickly when Will at Alban Tattoo Company presented them with an opportunity to set up a skate store in half of his St. Albans high street double shop unit. Given that Will, on top of being a talented tattoo artist and all-round rad dude also skates – they took him up on that opportunity.
For a long time St. Albans and its surrounding areas has had the presence of a historically rich and thriving skate scene, so the absence of a dedicated skateboard shop is something they are happy to be setting straight.

Alongside their high street shop, Lariatt.com will be supplying our products to the whole of the UK. They are currently expanding the stock they carry, if you can’t see something specific, feel free to contact them and they will source it for you.
The near future of Lariatt holds some exciting stuff, as well as stocking lots more of the best brands, they will be putting together and supporting a sponsored shop team of skateboarders, offering their creativity and their own to you.
